Fellowships will be awarded to middle school teachers interested in developing collaborations with ecologists so that they can better engage students in the excitement of discovery through the scientific method. Fellows will receive a stipend for their participation, as well as an additional stipend for mentoring a middle school science fair project for the Greater East Alabama Regional Science and Engineering Fair.
